Helpert Assist

Helping the heroes of home health and hospice.

Your own VHA, a real person, takes the calls and the note prep off your plate, so you can keep doing the work that matters.

Nothing to pay to start. The app is free.

Your last visit ends at 4:30. Then the calls start.

Tomorrow’s patients to confirm. A route to plan. Three notes still open.

At home, someone asks if you can play. You say later. Again.

It doesn’t have to end like this.

It’s normal in healthcare

Doctors have assistants.
Now you do too.

Across healthcare, doctors and clinics already work with virtual assistants who handle the calls and the paperwork, so they can focus on patients. Home health and hospice clinicians deserve the same help. Your VHA is paid per patient, never per hour.

For the ones who do the most

You give everything.
Every single day.

Back-to-back visits. Miles between homes. Lunch in the car. You’re the one patients wait by the door for. Helpert Assist is for clinicians who give this much, so the calls and the note prep aren’t yours to carry alone.

Questions we hear from clinicians like you. If yours isn’t here, just email us. A real person reads every message.

Is my VHA a real person?
Yes. Your VHA is a real person on our team, a nursing or medical graduate trained by visiting nurses. Not a call center, and never a robocall.
Will I still be in charge of my schedule and my notes?
Always. Your VHA confirms the visits you planned and keeps you posted. You review and sign every note, and you stay the clinician of record. Your VHA never assesses, charts on your behalf, or signs.
Is this double charting?
No. You only share what you saw in the home. Your VHA uses the referral, H&P, and discharge summary for the rest, and prepares the note for your review.
I’m not great with technology. Will this be hard?
We kept it simple on purpose. The app is free, and your part is to snap, tap, or say what you saw. About a minute for a routine visit. We help you get set up, and most clinicians are ready in 1–3 days.
Who sees my patients’ information?
Only your dedicated VHA, who works with your patients and no one else’s. Every VHA is HIPAA certified.
What does it cost?
Scheduling is per confirmed visit, with nothing to pay to start. Notes is per note, with 10 routine notes free. Never by the hour, and no contracts.
